Schaeffer Oil Celebrates Fifth Anniversary of the Hour of Horsepower

KLGA Motorsports (Algona, Iowa) and DirtTrackRadio.com are pleased to announce that Schaeffer Oil will return as title sponsor of 92.7 FM’s popular Hour of Horsepower radio program. This marks the fifth consecutive year that the Thursday program will bear the title sponsorship from Schaeffer Oil.

Why was 2007 so special? Here’s why…

• Broadcasting live from the pits at Knoxville Raceway was a rush and was our most listened to show all year. How cool was it to hear Clayton Christensen tell about why he dreamed of winning the Harris Clash more than any other event…and then wins the 2007 edition in a thrilling A-main event!! And Algona’s KLGA was there…with the LIVE pre-race coverage.

• Every aspect of being a part of the inaugural Kossuth County Fair Racing Hall of Fame was so special. Judging by the response of our inductees, their families, and the fans…it was special for you to. For me, having the greats like Les Wilden, Jim Edgington and the Leo Christensen family on Trackside Live was a thrill!

• Broadcasting from Hancock County Speedway’s special events is always awesome. The Memorial Day Stock Car Special was fun, the IRA sprint show was stellar, the B-Mod special will be an event to keep your eye on and the magic is back for the Night of 1000 Stars!
